As a sports training camp that prides itself on creating champions both on and off the mat, we take our roles in your child’s life very seriously. Because we want to ensure the most enjoyable wrestling camp for kids, it is important that parents become familiar with enrollment information prior to coming to camp. This way the experience at our wrestling camps is beneficial for the athletes, and stress-free for the parents.

Wrestling Camps General Enrollment

Registering your athlete or team for one of our sports training camp is easy to do! Reserving a spot in a wrestling camp can be done either by mailing or faxing a completed application to our US Camps headquarters.

Because space in our popular wrestling training camps is limited, parents are encouraged to enroll their child(ren) as early as possible. If applying to a wrestling camp as a team, the entire group must register together to ensure spots are available for everyone.

Fees for participation in a wrestling training camp must be received in full before athletes or teams are guaranteed a space. US Camps accepts many methods of payment for your convenience including: credit cards, personal checks, or money orders. We request for your safety that you do not send cash.

Once payment is received and processed, we will send you a confirmation notification which will include several pieces of important information. Inside this message will be wrestling camp schedules, directions to wrestling training centers, and other need-to-know information for parents.

Sports Training Camp Refunds

Registered athletes can withdraw from the program for a full refund up until the first day of the sports training camp by emailing or calling our wrestling camp headquarters. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ) The US Camps $100 nonrefundable administrative fee however, will not be returned regardless of when a cancellation is made. Refunds will be distributed at the completion of the summer sports camp season.

Wrestling Training Supervision

As wrestling is a very physical sport, we take your child’s safety very seriously. Close supervision by professional national coaches and staff is provided during all organized time and while in lodged in camp dormitories. Because we want to ensure the safety of each athlete, wrestlers are required to attend all scheduled wrestling camp activities.

Although every precaution is taken during wrestling camp to prevent injury, US Camps does not assumed the responsibility for medical, dental, or other expenses incurred as the result of any accident that may occur. Parents or legal guardians must sign the Disclaimer of Liability along with the completed application before an athlete will be accepted into any wrestling camp.

Summer Sports Camp Travel and Lodging

At the wrestling camps where overnight stay is included, participants are divided into dormitories of two people. Requests for specific roommates can be requested at wrestling camp check-in. For a sports training camp where commuting is possible, a full list of hotels offering discounts can be found on our website.

Traveling to Wrestling Camp by Air?

If arranged in advance, a wrestling camps team member can assist with transportation to and from local airports if arranged in advance.

Wrestling Camp Discounts

As space in our sports training camp is limited, only one discount is may be applied to a registration, and may not be combined. Scholarships to attend wrestling camp are not eligible for discounted pricing and are non-transferable.

Team Discounts

Wrestling coaches that bring ten or more athletes will receive a $25 discount on each wrestler attending. (And attend wrestling camp for free!) In order to receive the discount, the entire team must submit their applications inside one package.
