US Camps & Michigan Wrestling Camp
Olympic Champion and Coach Steve Fraser began the Michigan Wrestling Camp in 1984 after winning Gold at the Olympic Games.  He has touched the lives of nearly 500 kids each summer with quality instruction which has now expanded to seven locations in five states.  Coach Fraser provides world class instructors such as Kevin Jackson, Zeke Jones, Lee Kemp, Kendal Cross, Matt Lindland, Rulon Gardner, Dan Russell, Joe Warren, TC Dantzler, Kevin Bracken, and Jim Gruenwald, just to name a few.  Many of Coach Fraser's former camp participants have gone on to compete at the collegiate and Olympic levels and found success most notably Joe Warren, Wynn Michalik and Jon Reader.  Coach Fraser offers camp options for all levels of wrestling and works to ensure that each participant receives a personal touch for his/her specific needs and goals.

The Team Competition and Technique Camp will feature a team concept that will include wrestling dual meets or competitions daily, along with teaching high school technique. The high school or middle school coach can work right with the athletes he brings to camp. High school style wrestling techniques will be taught each morning by a top clinician, followed by an afternoon of technique and/or competition, and an evening dual meet, open tournament or critique session. This dual meet competition focus will allow for trial and error. Experimentation of real life match situations is a powerful way to advance ones skills. The week will culminate with every participant having the opportunity to test their mental and physical toughness by wrestling in the famous “1-hour Grind Match”. Learning more techniques, getting a lot of match experience and building team unity will be the result. Your team will benefit greatly! Note: All-star teams will be assembled for individual wrestlers who come without their team.  Offered exclusively at Adrian Michigan.
